Book a chore, we get it done through a vetted partner, you pay what the app showed you. Be reasonable, we'll be reasonable. The legalese below says that in more words.
1 · Who we are
NoBrainer is operated by NO BRAINER s.a.l., a company registered in Beirut, Lebanon ("NoBrainer", "we", "us"). These terms govern your use of the NoBrainer app and website. By creating an account or placing a booking, you agree to them.
2 · The service
NoBrainer connects you with vetted service partners who perform home services (starting with laundry). We arrange, track, and stand behind the work; the partner performs it. Service availability is limited to the coverage areas shown in the app.
3 · Bookings & slots
A booking is confirmed when the app says so. Pickup and return happen within the time slots you choose; someone (you, or an adult you trust) should be reachable at the address during the slot. Items are weighed and itemised at pickup, and the final price is shown in the app before processing begins.
