They add three shirts, turn on Express, pick a pickup tomorrow morning and a return tomorrow evening, and on Review and pay, where card shows as coming soon, keep cash on delivery and choose a repeat every 2 weeks. The booking is confirmed with a receipt in Orders. Back on Home the order shows as scheduled; a notification says it is out for delivery, and it opens on the order's timeline. Once it is completed, they rate the pro.

Partners get their own side of the app. New jobs land on Today, you tap Accept, and every step after that is one more tap.

Today, at a glance

  • New requests, jobs past their pickup time and jobs in hand. Each one shows what you keep.
  • Accept, then one tap per stage: Picked up, Processing, Out for delivery, Completed.
  • Call the customer straight from the job once you've accepted it. The pickup address appears then too, and it's gone at 4 am the day after the job is done.

  • Pick who's taking a job, from the job itself, and see who can sign in.
  • Add your crew, edit them, or switch someone off.
  • Ask to move a job or flag a problem, right from the job.

  • Every new job shows up live on Today in the app. A copy goes to the email on your Business page, so you hear about it even when the app is closed.
  • Notifications from the app on your lock screen are coming soon.
